To buy a train ticket on our website, use the following instruction:
1. On the main page of our site, select city from the offered list by entering the first letters of the city name in the appropriate fields.
Select the date of the trip from the opened calendar and click the “Search tickets”. button.
2. If trains are found along your route, you will see a list of them. Choose the train you like and press the “Seats” button to go to the carriage selection. You can also apply filtering or sorting of train cards, if there are too many of them. If nothing is found, try changing the date of the trip.
3. In the opened list of carriages choose the one that suits you, pay attention to the number of available seats and the class of the carriage. Click on the carriage to go to the next stage of ordering. At the next step you can choose another train carriage or order tickets at once in several cars of different classes.
4. Seats selection stage: At this stage you will see the carriage diagram or the form for selecting seats. You can switch between classes and carriages. To select a seat, click on it if you have a diagram of the carriage, or select seats, their number, and click the “Add seat” button if you have a form instead of a diagram.
At the bottom of the page will be displayed a table with the selected seats. In the table you can change the age of the passenger or cancel the selected seat. Click to go to the next step by clicking the “Next step” button.
5. The stage of entering passengers. Fill in all the fields of the card for each passenger. Please note that you need to enter the correct data, because when boarding the train this data will be checked against your documents. If you have specified everything correctly, then proceed to the next step by clicking the “Next step” button.
6. The stage of verification of data and payment. At the current step, make sure that all the information is correct and fill out the contact information. You will receive a letter with your order and an e-ticket with a successful payment to the indicated mail. You can fill in the comment field to clarify some information.
After you enter your contact information, you can proceed to pay for the order by selecting the appropriate payment type. You can pay for the order with a bank card or PayPal. Choose the option that suits you and click on the button. You will see the appropriate page where you can pay for it.
7. After payment of the order, a page with the status of payment will open before you. If the payment was successful, we will send you the postal tickets within 2 hours after receiving the funds. If payment has not passed, then you can write to us by e-mail traintorussia@gmail.com or try to pay again.

We offer 50% discount for rail tickets for children aged 4-12 years(Russia, Poland, China, North Korea, Mongolia), from 6 to 17 years-Finland. One child under the age of 4, 5 or 6 years may travel free of charge without a separate seat, if accompanied by an adult. When traveling with the CIS countries, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Abkhazia, for children from 5 to 10 years, the discount is up to 65% depending on the length of the route and the country.
Note:— The child's age must be proven on board the train when tickets are inspected.
